Printing: Adding a University Printer to a University Computer

UWRF uses PaperCut Print Deploy to add network printers to workstations on the campus network.

The PrintAnywhere queues are automatically installed and can print to any Konica Minolta Multi-Function Device (MFD) on campus. However, if you desire to add a networked office printer, please follow these instructions to map the device on your workstation.

Add a Networked Office Printer

  1. Select the Print Deploy icon (Green Printer) in the menu bar (macOS) or system tray (Windows)
  • If you do not see the Print Deploy icon, restart your computer and check again. If that does not resolve the problem, contact DoTS for assistance.

  1. Select View my Printers
  2. Select the Add Printer button on the left
  3. Find the printer you would like to add and select Install
  4. (The printer and driver are automatically installed on your workstation.)

To remove a printer you added but no longer need, go back to the My Printers tab and select the trash can button next to the printer.
