Issue: I would like to print specific pages from a document but a limitation of Web Print is that you cannot print specific pages.
Environment: Microsoft Word, Mac
Resolution: Web Print allows you to print (entire) files so the trick here is to get the file to be what you want to have printed. The easiest way to do this is to first convert your document to a PDF file choosing only the pages you want printed:
- File > Print
- Printer: Microsoft Print to PDF
- Settings: Custom Print
- Pages: Enter the pages you'd like printed
- Select the Print button
- Save print output as a filename in a location of your choosing
- Use Web Print to print your new PDF file
