Canvas access has been restored for UWRF users. All integrations with Canvas are active.

While we have seen progress and are optimistic for a solution, Canvas continues to be unavailable for UWRF users at this time. We are resolving outstanding authentication issues and will be confirming functionality. We continue to work with our Universities of Wisconsin colleagues to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

We are aware that Canvas is currently experiencing a service outage further to the nationwide data breach https://www.wisconsin.edu/dle/ . DoTS is monitoring the situation with colleagues at the Universities of Wisconsin and will provide a follow-up once Instructure confirms the platform is stable. Be extra cautious of phishing emails asking you to "re-verify" your account or click suspicious login links. Always log in through the UWRF Canvas login https://go.uwrf.edu/learn once the system is back online. We will notify you via email as soon as service is restored.
