Issue: Cisco phone display is black

Environment: Cisco phone, office, staff

Resolution: The Cisco 8841 displays are set to show a black screen saver outside standard office hours (7:30am - 5:00pm). If the display is black during office hours, unplugging the cable that goes from the wall to the phone and plugging it back in typically resolves the issue.
