eSIS: Granting Access to Others

Log into eSIS with your Falcon Account username and password. Your Student Center will open as the main page after you log in.

Navigate to Grant Access to Others in the left-hand menu under Student Center.

Read the conditions. If you have any questions regarding the conditions, contact the Registrar's Office.

You can create up to three accounts and you have the ability to give and deny access at any time.

To create an account, press the Create Account button. A window appears with a pre-populated user ID, fields for the person's name, and password. Make changes to the Give or Deny Access dropdown boxes.

Important: At least one access area must be marked as Give access in order for the person to be able to log into eSIS.

Use the This Account Is For field to enter the name of the person who will be using the account for your reference. Then enter a complex password in the password fields. Select Save.

You will receive separate email messages containing the account information at your UWRF email address. Forward these emails to the person you set up with access to your account. Also direct the person to our eSIS: How to Access an Account Created for You knowledge base article for more information on how they can use the account.

You can change the access for any of the people you have set up by updating the dropdown boxes and selecting Save.

You can change the password for any of the people you have set up by selecting the yellow Reset Password button. Completing the reset password action will send you new emails with the updated account information.
