Cisco IP Phone: Dropped Transfer Call

Issue: When a call is transferred to me, I don't receive the call.

Environment: Cisco IP phone, cold transfer

Resolution: The person transferring the call may be hanging up too quickly - before hearing a ring. When transferring, listen for a ring before hanging up.
