How do I access the Virtual Computer Lab?
The Virtual Computer lab may be accessed from any device with an up-to-date web browser at https://view.uwrf.edu. Select the HTML Access option when prompted and sign in with your Falcon Account. Select the Virtual Computer Lab tile to launch the lab.
How do I save files that I'm working on in the Virtual Computer Lab?
The virtual machines in the Virtual Computer Lab are non-persistent meaning that when logged off, the virtual machine is deleted. Any files saved directly to the machine (desktop, documents, etc.) are lost.
To save files on the virtual machine, sign into the OneDrive client on the VM and upload your files to OneDrive prior to logging out.
IMPORTANT: Before logging out, ensure that the OneDrive client has completed the file sync (there are no circular arrows over the OneDrive "cloud" icon in the system tray)

What applications are available in the Virtual Lab?
Not all campus applications are available in the virtual computer lab: there may be licensing restrictions that preclude installing the applications in a virtual environment or the app itself may not support virtual machines.
