After pressing the "Request Service" button, enter these (Action > Category > Subcategory > Service):
Request something DoTS offers > Software > App (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) > Email Address Change
Introduction
- When your name changes, we can change your email address to match your new name.
- When your affiliation with UWRF changes, we can change your email address to match your new affiliation. (ie: my.uwrf.edu to uwrf.edu)
Please complete the name change process with HR before requesting your email address change.

- Your email address is the same as your new name

- Once DoTS receives all needed information, your email address is changed within three business days.
