Introduction

Finding that your printing solution isn't quite right for your department? Need help in determining your department's optimum copying/printing/scanning solution? Want to save your department money in the printing/copying area? Request that DoTS work with you in assessing your needs. Requests for multi-function devices (MFD) can be made by requesting this service.

Service Level Agreement

  • DoTS will contact you within three business days of receiving your request where we will work with you to set up a time to meet to assess your printing needs. Before the meeting, you will receive a printing report that shows who is printing where under which printing account. We will be using that information in the assessment, taking future needs into account, and recommending an appropriate solution.

Resources

  • Order Copy Paper
    • Paper for the large multi-function devices (printer/copier) is paid for by University Communications and is ordered from Central Stores through an online form. Therefore, paper for the copier must be kept separate from other office use paper.
  • Fast Copy
    • Fast Copy provides a variety of services to campus, including large volume printing, copying, laminating and binding.
