Falcon Account: I am no longer employed by UWRF but I need my tax documents

Former employees can access previous or current W2 forms through the following methods:

1. If the former employee's account is still active:
   • Workday --> Overview --> Personal --> My Tax Documents
2. If the former employee's account is not active:
   1. To access via Workday see the following article: https://kb.wisconsin.edu/workday/internal/154480
   2. Additionally:
      1. Human Resources will send a physical copy to the address on file for former employees
      2. If the address on file is no longer accurate or a physical copy has not been received, please have the former employee contact UW System Shared Services
