Printing: Web portal does not upload documents

Issue: When attempting to upload any file type (Word, Powerpoint, PDF, etc.) to the PaperCut Web Portal, the files fail to upload and I get this error message: "Server responded with 401 error code".

Environment: PaperCut Web Portal, Google Chrome

Resolution: Clear the browser cache and cookies. If this does not resolve issue, try a different browser.
