Issue: I am unable to set up my personal PIN because I do not have a master PIN to start the process
Environment: Cisco IP Phone (office phone), personal PIN, master PIN, personal identification number
Resolution: The master PIN needed to set up your personal PIN was sent in a "welcome to your new phone" email message sent during the set-up process for your phone. If you do not have this email message, please contact DoTS so that we can confirm your identity and provide you your master PIN.
