Issue: When I am attempting to log in with Duo, I receive this error message: "You do not have a sufficient Identity Assurance Level (IAL) to access this service. If you continue to encounter this issue, please contact the DoIT Help Desk."
Environment: Duo Multi-Factor Authentication, UW-System software, authentication
Resolution: Receiving this error message usually occurs when you haven't been identity proofed. At UWRF, identity proofing is done by the DoTS Carding Office.
