Issue: When tapping on a OneNote document in either the Files tab or the More tab of a Microsoft Team, the user is prompted to install the Microsoft Copilot app, a small message at the bottom of the screen states "This action isn't supported on your device" on Android, or a prompt of "Error Please try again" on iOS.
Environment: Microsoft Teams app on Android and iOS devices.
Resolution: Installing the Copilot app doesn't resolve the issue. As a work-around, tap the overflow menu (three vertical or horizontal dots) to the right of the OneNote name and tap Open in App which will launch the OneNote application and bypass the Copilot installation prompt. DoTS has a ticket open with Microsoft Support to resolve this issue.
