Issue: I created an account but I cannot access Autodesk. It states that I have not purchased any products or my institution has not granted me permission.
Environment: Personal (not owned by UWRF) device, Education software license through Autodesk, not UWRF.
Resolution: Make sure you are accessing the
Autodesk Education portal and you have submitted the requested documentation to Autodesk required for the verification process.
