Troubleshooting: Clearing Browser Cache

Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, select the 3 dots
- Select Delete browsing data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select More and All time.
- Check the box next to Cookies and other site data
- Select Delete data
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge
- At the top right, select the 3 dots
- Select Delete browsing data
- Under Time Range, select All Time
- Select Cookies and other site data
- Select Clear Now
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Firefox
- On your computer, open Firefox
- At the top right, select the 3 bars
- Select History
- Select Clear recent history
- Select Cookies and site data
- Select Clear
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- On the top toolbar, select Chrome
- In the menu, select More Tools
- Select Clear Browsing Data
- Select Cookies & Other Site Data
- For time range, select All Time
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Safari
- Open Safari
- Select History on the top tool bar
- In the drop-down menu, select Clear History
- Open the time range drop-down and select All History
- Select Clear History
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Select History in top tool bar
- In the drop-down menu, select Clear Recent History
- Open the time range drop-down and select Everything
- Expand the Details section and check both Cookies and Cache
- Select Clear Now
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- At the top right, select the 3 dots
- Select Delete browsing data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select More and All time.
- Check the box next to Cookies and other site data
- Select Delete data
- Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
