Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.
Microsoft Edge
On your computer, open Microsoft Edge
At the top right, select the 3 dots
Select
History
Select the 3 dots in the right corner of the new pop-up
Select
Clear Browsing Data
Under
Time Range
, select
All Time
Select
Cookies and other site data
Select
Clear Now
Wait for it to finish loading. Once complete, close out of the browser and reopen.

On your computer, open Firefox
At the top right, select the 3 bars
