Issue: I tried to access a website and got this message, "This site is blocked due to security threat/content filtering. If you believe this page has been blocked in error, please click here."

Resolution: UWRF utilizes Cisco Umbrella to protect against malware and other cybersecurity threats. There are a number of categories that can result in a blocked domain. If you believe the block is in error, click the "Report an incorrect block" link to report the problem to DoTS for review. The most common reason for a block is "newly-seen domains" which will automatically be unblocked after approximately 24 hours.
