Cisco AMP prompting for a reboot

Issue:  I’m receiving a Cisco AMP pop up requesting a restart of my computer.  I restart the computer and the pop-up comes back.

Environment:  Windows, Cisco AMP

Resolution:  Occasionally, Cisco AMP software may require more than one restart to complete a connector software upgrade.  If the prompt continues to appear after 3 restarts, please contact DoTS for assistance.
