Division of Technology Services: Regular Hours

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the DoTS Service Center is on a special schedule.

The Division of Technology Services business hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with extended hours during Fall and Spring terms.

Classroom Technology Support: In-person classroom technology support is available Monday - Friday during normal university hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Limited support is available during extended service center hours. For off-hours classroom reservations, a pre-event visit is encouraged. Contact DoTS to arrange for a pre-event check-in.

  • To report a safety issue, call 911.
  • To report a critical service outage impacting campus, please call 715.425.3687 and follow the emergency voice mail prompt. Your message will be evaluated for further action.
