VMware Horizon Client: Virtual Lab

Can't get to a lab? Don't have access to software you need? Virtual lab is your answer!

UWRF provides VMware Horizon virtual machines to students for lab software. This service is available on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and chromeOS. Access on or off campus from any location with a stable and high-speed Internet connection. While we try to accommodate all lab software, some are incompatible with virtual environments.

To access Horizon, visit VMware Horizon, choose VMware Horizon HTML Access and log in with your Falcon Account credentials. For further instructions, see our related articles.

DoTS recommends saving files by uploading them to cloud services such as OneDrive when using the virtual lab. Files saved to the virtual machine are lost on logout.
