You can move offices any time of year but DoTS has limited resources and your request could be delayed.

DoTS does not move existing employees to different offices August 20 - September 10 and January 15 - February 1. Please remember we have a 3 week lead-time so requests must be received before July 25th and December 26th to be completed before these blackout times. You can submit your move during this time but the actual move date will likely be after the restricted dates.		 If you are eligible for a replacement computer (new or refurbished), DoTS does not schedule computer replacements the week prior or during the first week of classes for Fall and Spring terms.

These dates are set aside to attend to fall and spring start-up requests. DoTS is very busy during start-up. We are installing new computers for new employees, helping with Canvas course setups, doing final checks on classroom technology, and wrapping up projects.
